Jagtar Marketing provides digital marketing, performance marketing, content, automation and growth consulting services. Scope, deliverables and timelines are detailed in individual service agreements.
Service fees are invoiced monthly or per project as agreed. Ad spend is billed separately. Late payments may incur charges and result in pause of services.
All deliverables created under a paid engagement transfer to the client upon full payment. Frameworks, tools, processes and templates remain the property of Jagtar Marketing.
Marketing outcomes depend on multiple factors including market conditions, product–market fit and client cooperation. While we share historical results and forecasts, Jagtar Marketing does not guarantee specific revenue, ranking or conversion outcomes.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information (strategy, data, financials) private during and after the engagement.
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Fees for delivered work are non-refundable.
Jagtar Marketing's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the previous three months of the engagement.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Faridkot, Punjab.
